Refund policy
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
We accept returns for regular priced item(s) that are unworn, unused and with its product tags intact. We do not accept returns for SALE/PROMO items. If you wish to return or exchange any item(s) in your order, please complete the returns form given together with your invoice and include it in your return items parcel. Please ship via a traceable mode of postage to our viviantrendy factory address. The returns parcel will need to reach us within 10 working days. Please remember to retain a proof of postage until you have received a confirmation from us that your order is processing returns. All postage charges will be borne by customer.
